I am no Doctor.
But, most all my back pains have been overcome by doing abdominal exercises.

If that is the main ill effect, I quit.
Do not even desire to know the minor ill effects.
If sleep decreases with age then I'm okay to sleep less.

As a sleep aid, I take a 3mg. tablet nightly.
Are there any ill effects, or damage associated with continued usage of Melatonin?

I tryed baby wipes from my daughter's diaper bag once.
Now, it is all I ever use after the away rides/races.
Perfect for clean-up with no saddle sores or rash breakouts. VERY CHEAP!

Its not so bad as tums all day long, in fact I rarely if ever need them for indigestion.
However, I find myself now using 2-3 every night as a sleep aid. Is there harm in this long term ...

only for about ten seconds, but yes.
I'll let the Doc. explain the muscle loads of high and low cadence. Aerobic and anerobic.
