Anyone have a knee Dr. they would recommend. I have been off the bike since early January after a seemingly minor accident, resulting in a swollen knee. The Dr. I am currently going to ordered an MRI which came back okay, and he then sent me to physical therapy. I have been doing PT for 3 months now with my knee only getting worse by the day. The problem I have with him is he has done nothing but look at the MRI, and the swelling, he doesn't seem to concerned with my symptoms and is so busy I only see him for a few minutes every 4 weeks, time to kick him to the curb and find another Dr.

I have had excellent treatment of my broken leg from Dr Eugene Lou of the Fondren Orthopedic Group. I believe if you go to their website or yellow pages ad, they will have knee specialists listed. My experience has been great and I have heard other glowing reviews of the doctors in this group.

Give Dr. William Bryan a call. He is with the Baylor Sports Medicine Institute and does great with knees. I work a lot on personal injury cases and he is really good with the knee. Also he is an avid cyclist so that should help.
