Don't litter your food wrappers on the trail- be respectful and carry out all your trash. This will help ensure we continue to be allowed to come back and have events on the various trail systems around the state.

For those that don't know, TMBRA is an all volunteer organization- no one gets paid and TMBRA is the umbrella non profit that meets and agrees on the organization and execution of the three different race series. Each race is an individual race that joins TMBRA to be part of a series. TMBRA does not put on any races, the individual member organizations put on the races. There are guidelines that have been created and changes to those are agreed upon by a 2/3 majority vote of the members.

Official purpose: The purpose the of TMBRA is to organize a high quality, professionally produced XC and Marathon Mountain Bike State Championship and Texas Cup XC race points series' to name Texas' top mountain bike racers. TMBRA is also committed to educating the racing community of the importance of trail advocacy and financially supports local, state and national trail advocacy organizations.
TMBRA is comprised of two representatives appointed from each member organization (clubs, race directors or teams) plus two rider representatives.

For voting purposes, each member organization only has one vote and the two racer representatives only have one vote.

Any club, team, venue or individual that wants to put on a race that is a part of the TMBRA series needs to participate in the quarterly board meetings and petition for a date on the calendar following the guidelines. If interested reach out to a current race director/ club and they will get you started.

Thanks,
TMBRA Race Directors

I don’t see it listed, will there be an Open Singlespeed Women’s Category for The Spring Series?

No. There has been almost zero participation for this class since we started it so we're not going to have it this year. You are welcome to either participate in your appropriate age group/category on your singlespeed bike, or participate in either of the other singlespeed classes.
