Most Kids Cup events last around 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes total.
The best part of Kids Cup is if you’re not racing your cheering, this also just so happens to be the only rule of Kids Cup! Well kind of… we have a few safety rules

Kids must be 11 years old or younger to participate.
Every kid should have a number on the bike and a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Helmet must be worn at all times during Kids Cup.
Bikes can be any size, and must have at least one working brake. Strider-type”bikes” (scootbikes) and Tricycles are allowed and don’t have to have brakes.
Kids must attend the safety clinic to race.
Parents are allowed (and for younger kids, encouraged) to follow their children on foot while they are Racing.
Kids are encouraged to wear sturdy shoes, like tennis shoes.
When not racing, Kids Cup participants cheer for everyone racing.

KidsKup courses are designed for safety and fun, with beginner kids in mind, and are usually about ¼ mile in length. At many events, a separate shorter course is set up for spectating for parents and friends
Training Wheels, Scootbikes and Trikes (all ages), 6 & under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12. Depending on Number of races, fields may be combined or split into boys and girls classes. The younger categories will usually do one lap, and the older categories will do two or more laps.
