I'm 40.
Racing sport for the first time.
Weigh 202.
Bodyfat percentage measured in a "bodpod" at 14%.

I'm still too heavy, I think and too fat.

What's healthy?

With 14% bodyfay composition, you would fall into the "Normal" or average bodyfat composition for an adult male. The 10-13% body fat range would put you into the trim range. I recommend an evaulation by a clinical nutritionist to get a better idea of what is suitable for you build and competitive goals.
