I have a new pair of SIDI Dominator 5's.
I also have a pair of the superfeet insoles.
My arches are killing me.
What should I do? |

stretch more?
i've been having foot issues and stretching several times a day seems to be helping. the hard part is figuring out exactly how to stretch different parts of the foot. |

It is possible that the combination of the new shoes and the arch supports may be too much of a good thing. Visit with your podiatrist to make sure you are not aggravating a neuroma or causing excess crowding in your shoes.
