If you are feeling up to it, get back on your bike tomorrow. Do an EASY spin and see how you do. If you find that when you get out and ride that you have no energy and you are totally wasted even after an easy ride, take the week off and skip this race. There is always another race, there is not another you, so take care of yourself. If you are doing well then then next day do a moderate ride with 2-3 intervals at no more than 75% of your max heart rate, then take Thursday and Friday as off days, Saturday do an EASY pre-ride on the course and Sunday go race. If at anytime you find your body rebelling, take the time to allow yourself to heal which can be 1-2 weeks. If at any time you have any worsening symptoms see your doctor.
