I'm surprised no one has, given or written up some good training articles.

Maybe a beginner - Expert guide of what to do and how much they need to train for each category.

I know people pay big bucks ($100) a month for this kind of advise…

Anyone can read a book and follow a simple training program designed for developing a particular area.

Where the true skill comes from is being able to individualize training programs to bring up the weak areas and maintain the strengths and then carry them into a specific training goal or event. You will not find those kinds of programs in a book, or posted to a public forum.

I'm not gonna post nothing...I want that 100 a month! just joking, but seriously I want it, not really, but kinda.

Tip #1: To go fast, you need to stay on your bike...that means no wrecking/ or dabbing/ or walking sections.

Tip #2: Go that way, real fast. If something gets in your way, turn!

#3: Know the course you race on...and don't listen to "course marshels" to direct you!
