what is the best thing to go for a pulled/strained muscle? i have recently pulled/strained my groin muscle pretty badly....please advise...thanks! |

The best treatment resting the injured muscle for a week then gradually introduce progressive stretching of the muscles and graduated exercises. Get a copy of the book "Stretching" Bob Anderderson. Getting a physical therapy and evaluation and rehab program is also in order. Visit with your doctor about this.
