I'm assuming at this point it is bike related. I've recently stepped up my seat time considerably, but have also had a couple of instances where the nose of the saddle has ended up where it shouldn't after a falter.
Is this something that should just be monitored over a few days or a couple of weeks, or one of those precautionary checks ups are probably best deals? |

Spot:
I would err on the side of a precautionary check up. It may be simple trauma from your malplaced bike seat but there can also be a smoldering infection, such as prostatitis, that would benefit from a course of antibiotics.
