Registration

  • Online pre-registration closes on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 7:00 PM CST
  • Late and on-site online registration will be available for additional fees until online registration closes at 6:00AM on Sunday, April 13, 2025.
  • You WILL NOT be able to register after 6:00 AM on Sunday, April 13, 2025.
  • Please register before arriving at the race venue to avoid delays. Cell coverage is spotty, and on-site online registration is expected to be slow. Credit card processing is not guaranteed for any payments that need to be made onsite.
  • Cash is the best form of payment.
  • All TMBRA rules apply.

Sunday, April 13, 2025

  • Late online registration closes at 6:00 AM via BikeReg. Late fees apply.
  • Number plate pickup starts at 7:00 AM at the registration tent in the infield
  • Juniors 10U/12U – 8:00 AM start
  • Cat 1 – 9:00 AM start
  • Cat 2 – 10:45 AM start
  • Cat 3 & eMTB – 12:15 PM start
  • START TIMES SUBJECT TO CHANGE

 

XC Race Distances

  • 3 laps (27 miles)  – Cat 1 Men 19-39 | Cat 1/Pro Men
  • 2 laps (18 miles) – All Cat 2 | Cat 1 Men 15-18 & 40+ | SS Open | All Masters | All Cat 1 Women | Cat 1/Pro Women | eMTB
  • 1 lap (9 miles) – All Cat 3 | 14U Juniors
  • 3.8 miles – 10U & 12U Juniors

Rules

This event is the fifth race in the Texas XC Mountain Bike State Championship Series, and TMBRA Spring XC Series Rules and Regulations apply (https://www.tmbra.org/wp/rules-and-regs/).

 

TMBRA race plates:

TMBRA permanent number plates will be used. If you don’t have one or have lost a previously assigned plate, you can purchase one during your online race registration process (separate question after selecting your race category).
Every race participant must utilize a 2025 TMBRA season race plate for race scoring and timing. After registering for an event, you will be asked about your season plate status. If you pre-purchased your plate through the TMBRA.org website or you picked up a plate at a previous event, then put your number in the box provided. Otherwise, select “Yes, assign a NEW plate.” if you do not already have one. A one-time $15 charge will be added to your event registration fee if you select a “yes” answer.

Number pickup/racer check-in starts at 7:00 AM on Sunday, April 13, 2025.

    Is anyone else having trouble pulling up the results or overall standings? Every race I click on says “loading config failed”

    Try clicking on the “series results” link on the results tab on this website. I just checked it and it worked for me.

    I saw a photographer thru the course during the race. Anyone knows when and where pics will be published or posted for purchase??
